Great! You make my city have a big rain again

In terms of actual variety and change, cumulonimbus clouds are way better than the nimbostratus clouds. They are so memorable in fact that they have affected most people's minds as they consider white puffs in the sky to be a cloud, essentially making them like the mascot of clouds. This has been prominent in many art and cartoon depictions of clouds.

I will say that Nimbostratus clouds do have some things going for them that I think Cumulonimbus clouds don't have. The fact that they can cover the entire sky in such a wide range is pretty impressive, not to mention how it gives variety and gives us grey skies from time to time. They also appear the most whenever it's raining or some form of storm happens, which is fitting because of how the grey skies associate well with it (Blue sky storms aren't common to us mostly). Also these clouds can even be seen as purple under the right occasions, and I find that to be quite beautiful, even when storms occur during it.

So yeah, Cumulonimbus clouds are the victor of being more cloudy, but I think there are some aspects to the nimbostratus we shouldn't ignore.

(Cloud tierlist when?)

Yeah, i agree nimbostratus clouds aren't all bad, another reason is they are almost singlehandedly responsible for all the snow on earth, which means every time it snowed when you were young and you got to stay home, it's because of nimbostratus, also, a cloud tierlist is actually an epic idea, i'll do one
