I had a talk with my friend one time about FNF mods while we were playing Hypno's 2.0. I was just talking about how every mod is trying to hard nowadays and we basically agreed that we hated that about current mods, which included the 2.0 of Hypno's we played and many popular mods after it. I've played 1.0 of Mario's Madness, and indeed it was good, but I won't play 2.0 because of the reasons I listed, and the fact I'll be too lazy to play through it.

I will not let this opinion affect the overall consensus of the song however, and judging by the song here... It's pretty chill, thus making it a good song. It was a good idea to not make anything too crazy since this was a test for the vocals after all, although it does make the instrumental just there to get the job done. The chromatic for Boyfriend is different enough for it to be recognized as such, but what I like about it is how it still tries to keep the essence of the original Boyfriend's voice, and I can say it works in it's favor, sounding similar while being different. Luigi's voice reminds me of the chromatics my friend made while he was doing his own FNF covers, and I'm not entirely sure how to feel about that. I like Luigi's voice and in a weird way, I can see it fitting with the character despite how much it differs from Luigi's usual voice. In my head if you never gave context that this was Luigi singing with Boyfriend, then you would probably have people thinking that this was a different character entirely, but that's just me though.

Overall, it was good song that served as a test, nothing too crazy though. I'd give it an 8.5-9/10.
