1st song of the return!!

You read that title right - FartySoup McDouble is the name of this minisong... i got it from my brother, apparently it came from a dream...

This song is kinda just me celebrating having ears again, so i didn't put too much effort into it, but i still think it sounds decent.

I'm still getting used to mixing again so that's why the song sounds a little wonky.

Anyway i'm sort of proud of this song in a weird way, i was surprised i was able to make... ANYTHING after not making anything for over 2 weeks

I CAN HEAR AGAIN

What i mean is i can mix music again... and i can (almost) hear normally again. So naturally this means:

I can make music again 🎉

Won't lie not being able to make anything for 2 weeks was frustrating (especially cuz i got so many ideas out of nowhere...)

But that doesn't matter anymore since i can realize them now (at least the ones i haven't forgotten)

So what does this mean?

Imma probably post on music soon, i'm on spring break so i got a little more time to make stuff... (matter of fact, i'm working on something right now as we speak...)

That's it, just basically running a victory lap since i got my hearing back

Shading Attempt #1

Since my ears stopped working i've decided to move towards the visual art medium until i either can hear again or my eyes fall out or something

I decided to attempt shading because im terrible at it and need to get better. Also more of this maybe in the future, which is why i added the #1 thingy.

Anyway that's it the tldr is that i'm no longer a musician now i'm an artist :]

Guys... My ears are broken...

Yeah you read that right...

More specifically, my eustachian tubes and my sinuses are clogged, with... idk.

I've tried everything to get it out, allergy medicine, yawning/swallowing, and even those soft bulb syringe thingies, and nothing works, even slightly. Initially, it was in just in my right ear, but then it spread it to my left ear.

This means i can basically only hear low frequencies, which is especially annoying since i make music, but whatever...

So what does this mean?

I can technically still make music, but it (probably) won't be any good since i can't mix anymore... I guess i could make some chiptune since that doesn't require as much mixing as my regular songs but that's about it.

Maybe i'll draw something too until my eyes break too like my ears and lungs have.

If this lasts for as long as i've been sick, i won't be back until like may since i caught the forever virus but HOPEFULLY it clears up quickly, but i've been like this for 2 days already so i'm not getting my hopes up.

Anyway that's it, just giving an update, hopefully this forever virus passes soon and i can function like a normal human again...

I've actually been sick for a week now, but i for some reason got worse today, and my mother and brother suggested i not go anywhere today.

So why do i tell YOU this? normally i don't make a news post when i get sick...

well...

it's because i used this opportunity to make you some AWESOME EPIC NEW CONTENT!!!! That's right!!! Did you really think i would just lie there and do nothing with my time? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA Of course not.

This is a song about sleeping. it was inspired by an image of my dog sleeping in front of a fireplace when he was injured (his paw was hurt)

anyway he's fine now but i figured i'd make a new song about it.

This song is also designed to be loopable, in theory you could actually go to sleep to it... (although who goes to sleep listening to music?)

It took me a couple of days, and it's not the most polished/high effort but oh well it's good enough...

i'm working on a few songs rn... 2 of them are just me finishing unfinished sequels to some heatwave songs

And then 2 others are new original ideas that aren't 2nd chapter songs

There is a HIGH RISK of severe weather for parts of Mississippi and Alabama

This is it yall, the severe weather risk for today is maxxed out - The SPC hasn't been this confident in a severe weather outbreak in like 13 years...

Another big severe weather day ahead... we already had a major outbreak last night and we're not done yet.

Several, Long Track Intense Tornadoes, winds up to 100 mph, and Baseball Size Hail are expected today.

Cities Impacted:

Tornadoes are already on the ground right now - so it's probably a good idea to have a plan ready just in case you get unlucky...

Anyway that's it, seriously praying for those in the high risk, just passing this information along.
